Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture, mixing until smooth.

  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Once chilled, scoop the dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
  8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them two inches apart.

  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
