- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, and drain.
