Chicken Buttered Noodles

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the chicken is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Toss in the cooked noodles and mix well to combine.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and parsley, stirring until everything is well blended. Serve warm.
