Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Add the eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden.
