- 3 pounds potatoes, diced
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes and sliced sausage.
- In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the potato and sausage mixture and stir to coat.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
