Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Smoked Sausage

A delicious and easy recipe combining cheesy ranch potatoes and smoked sausage, perfect for family meals.

  • 2 pounds potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes and sliced sausage.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, then add the ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and stir in the sour cream and half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
