- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Place in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil, ranch seasoning, and black pepper to the potatoes. Toss until well coated.
- Slice the smoked sausage and add it to the bowl with the potatoes.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
