- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, smoked sausage, ranch seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
