  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth to make the cheesecake filling.
  8. To assemble, scoop a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it, place a teaspoon of cheesecake filling in the center, and encase it with more cookie dough.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  10. Let cool before serving.
