Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sear the chicken until browned.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
  4. Add jasmine rice, reduce heat, and simmer until rice is cooked.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
