Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the applesauce and honey.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, add chocolate chips.
