  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
