- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; fold in the chocolate chips.

- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
