  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine oats, cottage cheese, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon; blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  4. Drizzle maple syrup over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and set.
  6. Let cool before serving.
