Alfredo Lasagna Soup

A delicious and hearty Alfredo Lasagna Soup made with turkey bacon and chicken ham for an easy comfort meal.

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups chicken ham, diced
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 12 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. Add chicken ham to the pot and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the broken lasagna noodles and cook until al dente.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.
